We are certified for our Casting’s quality, material & system by reputed audit authorities including TUV, ABS, DNV, BVQ and IBR. We are also certified for PED to deliver high pressure rating castings. We have excellent in-house testing facility including simulation software, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, dye penetrant testing and radiographic testing by gamma rays with Ir-192 & Co-60 isotopes. Our chemical and mechanical lab has calibrated instruments and machines for checking chemical and mechanical properties of castings. We practice sand testing before accepting fresh lot from suppliers. For dimension control, we ensure that all specified and unspecified dimensions remains under control hence, we always use calibrated calipers, gauges etc. and other required instruments. We also supply ready-to-use casting, conforming close dimensions, machined on CNC & conventional machines as per the requirement of customer. This makes us one-stop shop and complete solution provider.
