Beyond Quality Control
We are certified for our Casting's quality, material & system by reputed audit authorities including TUV, ABS, DNV, BVQ, Lloyds, Class NK and IBR. We are also certified for PED to deliver high pressure rating castings. We have excellent in-house testing facility including simulation software, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, dye penetrant testing and radiographic testing by gamma rays with Ir-192 & Co60 isotopes.
Our chemical and mechanical lab has calibrated instruments and machines for checking chemical and mechanical properties of castings. We practice sand testing before accepting fresh lot from suppliers. For dimension control, we ensure that all specified and unspecified dimensions remains under control hence, we always use calibrated calipers, gauges etc. and other required instruments. We also supply ready-touse casting, conforming close dimensions, machined on CNC & conventional machines as per the requirement of customer. This makes us one-stop shop and complete solution provider.

Sand Testing
The sand testing lab is equipped with compressive, permeability, sieve analysis and clay testing instruments.
Chemical Testing
Online chemical testing by optical emission Spectrometer- Ni, Fe, Cu, Al base and having Nitrogen analysis with 20 elements.
Mechanical Testing
UTM Capacity of 200 KN with computer interface and computerized graph. Electronic Extensometer for 0.2% & 0.1% proof stress.
Impact Testing
Capacity: 300J Max, Capacity: 300J Max, testing temperature from 20°C to -196°C.
Corrosion Testing
Corrosion Testing according to ASTM A262 Practice A, B, C, D, E & F etc. Pitting Corrosion Test as per ASTM G 48 Method A, E. Crevice Corrosion as per ASTM G48 Method B.
Microstructure Examination
Ferrite Testing as per ASTM E 562 etc. Micro Structure Examination as per ASTM A 923 etc.
Hardness Testing
Rockwell cum Brinell hardness Tester.
